3M™ Scotchcast™ Resin 235 is a 2 part, oven curing, semi flexible, unfilled, epoxy based, liquid resin. Resin with low viscosity and good wetting characteristics is formulated for complete impregnation of small coils. This resin is suitable for a variety of general purpose applications.
3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 235 has good wetting and low viscosity properties. Resin has permanent semi flexibility, thermal shock and impact resistance, good electrical and adhesion properties. This resin has the mechanical strength and flexibility required for high quality insulation of large castings including motors, transformers and coils. MIL I 16923E Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
