Scotch® Heavy Duty Dispenser C23 is able to dispense a variety of tape materials including cellophane, acetate fiber, film, paper and filament tapes up to 5.5-inches in diameter, 1-inch wide, on a 3-inch core. The dispenser core holds tape snugly and are removable for easy reloading.
