3M™ Ultra High Temperature Paint Masking Film 7305 is a high-performance masking film designed to protect surfaces from paints with cure cycles of up to 350°F / 180°C. This film drapes readily, conforms to surfaces and prevents bleed-through and surface contamination. It is commonly used for two-tone automotive painting that requires high temperature curing.
3M™ Ultra High Temperature Paint Masking Film 7305 is a high performance, high temperature masking film that provides excellent conformability as well as preventing bleed-through and fiber contamination. It is designed to resist temperatures as high as 350°F / 180°C for 1 hour, making it suitable for effective paint masking during paint booth cycles. The soft flexing design makes it easy to wrap contoured and curved surfaces, with good draping qualities for sufficient coverage. It is soft enough to resist scratching of clear coat and other protective layers. Its surface is engineered to resist bleed-through of solvents, enamels, lacquers and paint. This film provides good paint attachment and inhibits paint flaking.

Clean Masking System
3M™ Ultra High Temperature Paint Masking Film 7305 is compatible with automotive paints and inhibits paint flaking. This masking film is ideal where contamination-free painting is required and is excellent for two-tone and blackout applications. It readily accepts 3M masking tapes to be easily applied to the vehicle, and both tape and film can be smoothly dispensed together using a 3M apron taper.
